With its enormous healing power of 3000 watts and even heat distribution, the dehydrator ensures that food is optimally dried - and the drying time remains short. Removable drying levels made of stainless steel are perfect conditions for professional drying e.g. In speciality shops for beef jerky, teas or dried fruit. For flexible preparation of different foods, the temperature can be set between 40 and 90 °c on the touch control panel. A timer up to 24 hours additionally guarantees the optimal adjustment to the dried food. The fully automatic drying process with precise temperature control ensures that everything is cooked to perfection. Important minerals and vitamins are preserved and the taste is intensified. Thus, dried food contains up to 4 times more nutrients than the same amount of fresh food. Of course, this is also suitable for the production of dried flowers for flower arrangements or for the gentle production of dried herbs and teas.
